Loon Lake – The Lookout is located directly on Loon Lake with over 60 feet of private shoreline on the sunset side of the lake. Your backyard has endless entertainment including swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, wakeboarding, etc. In colder months ice skating and ice fishing may be available. We are a short drive to other lakes including Newfound Lake, Stinson Lake, and Lake Winnipesaukee to name a few.
Ski – Tenney Mountain– While we are near several ski areas including Loon and Waterville, we are HOME to the new and improved Tenney Mountain with the delicious and quaint Mountainside restaurant, the Back Country Bar and Grill. Not into skiing? All good! Check out their daytime tubing or eventing glow tubing!
Grocery – While we are off the beaten path.. we are also located conveniently within 7 minutes of Hannafords, MarketBasket, Walmart, The Common Man, and Chase Street Deli and Market. Instacart and DoorDash service area.

Work From Home… if you must: The Lookout is fully equipped with high speed internet and a workstation in our master suite. Sometimes a little change of scenery can do wonders, even if interrupted by a Zoom or two!
