The Old Man of the Mountain
This beloved NH natural wonder fell in 2003; in 2020 they created a park and plaza where you can view what it used to look like. Loon Mountain
Our favorite place to ski in the winter also offers lots of fun activities for the summer! Enjoy a gondola ride to the top of the mountain with pretty NH views. Waterville Valley
This quaint village has a small pond, pop-up adventures, live music, and many events. There are restaurants and shops and lots to explore. It looks like there are some family friendly events on Sunday June 30, and an outdoor movie night on July 1, as well as some 4th of July festivities including a parade and fireworks. Tenney Mountain
A smaller and closer mountain is Tenney — it offers Disc Golf in the summer, and a nice lodge that is family-friendly and open Th/F/Sat. It is a casual NH atmosphere with live music on Fridays and Saturdays: https://skitenney.com/events/
